Sapphire Princess came out of a 2025 dry-dock refresh with a revised specialty dining lineup that now includes Crown Grill steakhouse and Makoto Ocean Sushi by Chef Makoto Okuwa. For the 2027–28 seasons she homeports from Fremantle — which means Perth-based passengers can board without setting foot on a plane. MedallionClass is available via a wearable Medallion device, so you can order food, drinks and services without needing your phone.

Coral Princess is the nimble one. Her 91,627 GT hull is slim enough to reach narrow waterways and small island ports that larger ships cannot access — a real practical advantage on Pacific island itineraries. The Universe Lounge features 3 revolving stages used for cooking demonstrations, cabaret and fashion shows, which is a genuinely unusual feature at sea.
