If you are following up on a refund or a reimbursement claim, please note that refunds will be processed as a lump sum once we receive the funds back from all suppliers. Due to the sheer volume of transactions, there will be a delay on top of the usual 8-12 weeks wait time and refunds can take refunds up to 16-20 weeks at this stage.
