Waterslides, spas, and shows aside, one of the main highlights of Carnival Radiance is actually a restaurant. Big Chicken, a new fried chicken restaurant from no one other than Carnival Cruise Line’s Chief Fun Office Shaquille O'Neal, will be open for business during breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Grab a seat, enjoy the casual atmosphere, and feast on American comfort food: Think crispy fried chicken (in all possible forms), savoury high-stacked sandwiches, and American-style buttermilk scones.
