Viking Saigon carries more dining venues than her passenger count might suggest, spanning everything from a casual poolside grill to a formal multi-course tasting menu.

The Restaurant is the main dining room, included in your fare, with floor-to-ceiling windows framing the river as you eat. For something more relaxed, the World Café on Deck 7 Aft runs open kitchens with live cooking, international dishes and premium sushi; you can eat inside or step onto the Aquavit Terrace®, which puts the riverbank directly behind your meal. The Wintergarden serves complimentary afternoon tea — finger sandwiches, fresh scones, pastries and international teas — beside the main pool each afternoon. And Mamsen's®, located in the Explorers' Lounge, brings Norwegian specialities from breakfast through to dinner at no extra charge.

The social heart of Viking Saigon is The Living Room, where Viking's Resident Musicians play live classical music and the atmosphere is designed for relaxed conversation. Beverages and food carry a separate charge here unless included in your package. Torshavn® channels a Hollywood golden-age jazz lounge for evening cocktails and live music, while the Explorers' Lounge wraps two-storey panoramic windows around its seating — the kind of view that draws you back each time the ship rounds a bend in the river. The Atrium and the Clinker Bar — styled after Norse longships — round out the onboard drinking options.
