Holland America Lines’ Noordam was launched in 2006, becoming the latest in the Vista Class line of mid-size cruise ships. She was named after the Northern compass point, and comes complete with contemporary and modern amenities whilst embracing the classic style of ocean travel.
You can enjoy an iPod tour of her artworks amid a spacious and comfortable relaxing backdrop while sailing in the Caribbean sunshine or the European culture of the Med. Evenings overflow with choice, from thrilling shows in the lounge, game time in the casino, or singing along to your favourites in the Piano Bar. There’s also the Ocean and Pinnacle bars, or the Atrium and B.B. King’s Blues Bar, which open late for those night owls. If that’s not enough, the Crow’s Nest, lido, and Sports Bar will keep you entertained, and you can even catch an act in the Northern Lights club bar.

Take in the views from the lido pool on deck as you cruise, or head below to the Vista Show Lounge. Enjoy shopping in the boutique shops or enlighten your mind in the Culinary Arts workshop or Digital workshop, the Explorations Cafe, or the art gallery. While the kids are occupied with the fantastic kid’s and teen’s club facilities onboard, you can relax in the Greenhouse Spa or the Hydro Pool and Thermal Suite, or even exert yourself in the fitness centre. Noordam Cuisine
Dining venues are varied—from the Pinnacle Grill for great steaks or the concept restaurant Le Cirque, where you’ll experience cuisine at its best. Canaletto offers authentic Italian cuisine while the Lido buffet restaurant offers a more relaxed alternative. There’s also the Vista main dining room and the Terrace Grill up top. After a long day relaxing, you can always head back to your stateroom and take advantage of the 24-hour complimentary room service.
