A new experience onboard is the Sel De Mer seafood brasserie which is becoming one of the best dining options available on a cruise, offering contemporary French dining with traditionally dressed waiters. Here you can choose your fresh fish and shell fish for meals displayed on ice in the center of the room. Or, want to taste the traditional culinary of Southeast Asia, China and Japan head on down to the newly added sushi bar, Tamarind.  Have a sweet tooth? Get yourself down to the Grand Dutch Cafe delivering coffee and traditional Dutch snacks and treats
