Evrima sails under The Ritz-Carlton Yacht Collection, bringing hotel-style luxury to an intimate ship that calls at marquee ports across the Western Mediterranean, Eastern Mediterranean, French Polynesia, Norway, the Arctic and beyond. Current sailings run to up to 13 nights and depart from ports including Rome (Civitavecchia), Monte Carlo, Venice, Athens (Piraeus), Papeete in Tahiti, Lisbon, Reykjavik and Barcelona.
Evrima offers one of the most varied dining line-ups afloat for a ship of her intimacy, with several venues included in the cruise fare and a handful of specialty restaurants carrying an additional charge.
The main included restaurant, The Evrima Room, draws its seasonal menus directly from the ports on your itinerary — locally sourced dishes served in a generous but intimate setting. Tides follows the same philosophy, with menus that shift as the destinations change. For relaxed daytime eating, The Pool House serves freshly prepared dishes from morning through evening right by the water, and Mistral & Mistral Bar delivers Mediterranean favourites — fresh fish, handmade pasta and grilled meats — indoors or under the open sky, also included in your fare.
The specialty dining options carry an additional charge but are worth knowing about before you board. S.E.A. presents a tasting menu conceived around the philosophy of a three Michelin-starred chef. Talaat Nam takes on contemporary Southeast Asian cuisine — sushi bar, sharing plates and al fresco sunset dining. Seta Su Ilma is the Italian table, helmed by Michelin-starred chef Fabio Trabocchi, with pristine seafood, prime meats and handmade pasta. Memorī brings Japanese cooking — sashimi, tempura and charcoal-grilled Wagyu — to an open sushi bar with indoor and outdoor seating. Beach House, conceived by Michelin-starred chef Michael Minas, focuses on Pan-Latin American fire-kissed flavours and shared plates alongside craft beers and a premium tequila list. For private celebrations, Dining Privée within Tides offers bespoke menus in a softly lit room by reservation.
Lighter moments are covered by The Living Room Café and Bar, open from morning coffee and pastries through to evening drinks. In-suite dining is also available at any hour, bringing dishes from the ship's various culinary worlds directly to your cabin or private terrace.
Evening life on Evrima centres on a handful of well-defined spaces, each with its own character. The Living Room — a vibrant blue lounge furnished with a curated travel library — transforms after dark with live music and a piano bar atmosphere, with drinks charged separately. High above the waterline, The Observation Terrace delivers unobstructed panoramic views by day and live entertainment by night. For something quieter, The Humidor offers a relaxed setting for fine cognac and handrolled cigars, with premium storage keeping the selection in perfect condition; entry is free and drinks and cigars are charged separately.
The Ritz-Carlton Spa® uses premium ESPA products and tailors treatments to the destinations on your itinerary; entry is complimentary and individual therapies carry a separate charge. Alongside barber services and a full salon, The Fitness Studio is equipped with Technogym machines — bikes, rowers, ellipticals and weights — plus complimentary and paid classes from sunrise yoga to mat pilates, rounded out by personal training and nutrition counselling.
One of Evrima's more distinctive features is the Marina and Marina Terrace. When the ship anchors at select ports, the marina opens to the sea, giving guests direct water access with sun loungers and water toys — a private-beach experience without leaving the ship. The Marina Terrace alongside serves handcrafted cocktails and light bites with open-water views; food and drinks here carry a separate charge.
The main pool deck adds whirlpools and misting sprays to the sunbathing space and doubles as the venue for deck parties, with dining and frozen treats close by.
Every accommodation category on Evrima is suite-level, and the full range of cabin grades and deck layouts is shown on the Evrima cabins and deck plans page. At the very top of the hierarchy sits The Owner's Suite, a 93 m² flagship accommodation with a private whirlpool and double vanity bathrooms — the largest space aboard. The ship's intimate scale means even standard grades carry the kind of space and personal attention you would expect from a hotel with very few rooms.
Ritz Kids® provides a dedicated programme for younger guests — blending playful learning with activities — included in the cruise fare. The programme intensifies during school holidays and summer months, so the schedule grows with the season.
The Mediterranean dominates the current sailing calendar. Rome (Civitavecchia) and Monte Carlo are the most frequent departure points for Mediterranean itineraries in 2026 and 2027, with Venice, Athens (Piraeus) and Barcelona also featuring as homeports. If all-inclusive pricing is the priority, the all-inclusive Mediterranean options for 2026 and 2027 are worth filtering through. Further afield, Evrima heads to Polynesia with sailings based out of Papeete, and venture north to Norway and the Arctic. Central America also appears on the calendar, and there is a single United Kingdom sailing. Honolulu features as a departure port for Pacific sailings — see all Honolulu departures for options in that part of the world.
Cruise1st's Best Price Guarantee backs every booking, and our Australian cruise experts are available seven days a week to help you match the right cabin grade and fare inclusions to your trip. Because every Evrima sailing departs from an overseas port — whether that's Rome, Papeete, Monte Carlo or Athens — the cruise is the middle of a longer trip. A Cruise1st Package puts the flights, hotel either side and transfers onto one booking, so nothing falls through the gaps between suppliers.
If you're weighing up your options, three other ships sail many of the same ports and are worth comparing side by side.
The Evrima Room, Tides, The Pool House, and Mistral & Mistral Bar are all included in your cruise fare. Specialty restaurants — S.E.A., Talaat Nam, Seta Su Ilma, Memorī, Beach House and Dining Privée — carry an additional charge, as do drinks at the bars unless covered by a beverage package.
No — all current Evrima sailings depart from overseas ports, with Rome (Civitavecchia), Monte Carlo, Venice, Athens (Piraeus) and Papeete (Tahiti) among the most frequent homeports. A Cruise1st Package can bundle your international flights, hotel nights either side and transfers into a single booking.
Yes. The Ritz Kids® programme runs on board with a dedicated space for younger guests, included in the cruise fare. Activity schedules are fuller during school holidays and summer months.
The Owner's Suite is the largest accommodation on board at 93 m². It includes a private whirlpool and double vanity bathrooms. Full details of this and every other grade are on the Evrima cabins and deck plans page.
Beyond the Mediterranean, current sailings include French Polynesia (sailing from Papeete), Norway, the Arctic, Central America, a United Kingdom itinerary, and Pacific departures from Honolulu.
