Viking Halogi’s social spaces are designed to keep guests connected without pressure — most are included in your fare, with beverages charged separately unless your package covers them.

The Living Room is the social heart of the ship: generous seating, a calm atmosphere, and live classical music from the Viking Resident Musicians. Just off it, the Bar — styled as a Clinker Bar with design inspired by ancient Norse longships — adds a distinctly Nordic atmosphere to an evening drink. Torshavn® brings jazz-lounge energy reminiscent of Hollywood’s golden age, with live music and cocktails. The Explorers’ Lounge offers two-storey panoramic windows and a relaxed setting to watch the world drift by, while the Atrium provides a central, open meeting point with a generous sense of space.

Pools, spa and sports on Viking Halogi

Viking Halogi carries two pools, a full Nordic spa and a dedicated sports deck — all open to every guest.

The Main Pool with Retractable Roof is heated and open year-round whatever the weather. In the evening, films play on a large poolside screen under the open sky. The Infinity Pool — one of the first of its kind at sea — features floor-to-ceiling windows that create the sensation of swimming at the centre of your destination, alongside a hot tub and teak surround; the adjacent Aquavit Terrace carries a separate food and beverage charge in the evenings.

The Nordic Spa is complimentary to enter, with individual treatments and classes charged separately. You can use the sauna, refresh in the snow grotto, and follow up in the Fitness Center, which is equipped with treadmills, elliptical machines, exercise bikes and open space for free weights, yoga and pilates. On deck, the Sports Deck offers a running track, boccie, mini golf and shuffleboard, with guided classes available at a separate charge.

The Standard Stateroom E (13.9 m²) is a river-view outside cabin with a half-height picture window that brings in natural light and views without a private outdoor space. The Veranda Stateroom A (19.0 m²) adds a full private veranda — direct outdoor access to fresh river air — the defining step up from the standard grade. At the top, the Explorer Suite ES (41.3 m²) wraps a 270-degree panoramic veranda around the cabin, giving it the most expansive outdoor space aboard and river views in almost every direction.
