First time on MSC and loved the ship, staff excellent and plenty to do
Lifts were odd, choosing your floor snd being designated a lift

No tea/ coffee making facilities in the room is unacceptable Awful having to get up, get dressed and go up 6 flights or wait ages for a lift to get a morning cuppa which could be cold by time got back to room depending on wait for lifts
