The service at the Waterfront Restaurant really made our day. Our Waiters were Edu and Jan, they looked after us and took care of everything from the moment we sat down at the table. Eiber and Antonio at the front desk made us welcome every time we walked into the restaurant. We only ate there, for breakfast and lunch. Marlon and others were so kind and attentive. We thank them all. WELL DONE WATERFRONT RESTAURANT ON THE CARNIVAL ENCOUNTER. Beverly and Gunter.

    'People sitting in public places with their feet on the table. Shoes that had been ashore and then placed on the casual table, not only ghastly but very unhygienic. .

    The Stateroom was OK but the noise of kids running in the hallways and in the rooms around us left a lot to ne desired
