Cape Town is the third largest city of South Africa with a population of almost 3.5 million and has been the city of the South African Parliament since 2004. Lome is situated on the Atlantic Ocean and is one of the most important commercial centers in the surrounding area. Takoradi is the fourth most populated city in Ghana, located in the Western Region of the country. Takoradi, together with another city called Sekondi is part of a twin city arrangement - Sekondi-Takoradi, which is the capital of the region around it. Ever since being chosen as Ghana's first deep-water port, Takoradi has been continuously developing and growing. There are two separate areas in the city: the beautifully serene beach with hotels and restaurants and its complete opposite - the loud and crowded city centre.
