Rotterdam, with around 590,000 people, is the second largest city in the Netherlands. It also one of the three cultural centers in the country. The city is the known for its skyscraper skyline and its many museums, festivals and events.

South Queensferry, also known as "The Ferry", is situated on the banks of the Firth of Forth, just west of Edinburgh. Due to the favourable location of the Scottish town, a quick trip to Edinburgh is an absolute must. There are also quite a few attractions in South Queensferry: The Black Castle, the Tolbooth, St. Mary's Church as well as the two bridges, Forth Bridge and Forth Road Bridge, are worth seeing.

The Scottish town of Aberdeen is also known as "the sparkling city" or "Silver City" as many buildings are built of granite and therefore glisten in the sunshine. Aberdeen is also regarded as Europe's oil capital.

Lerwick, in the Shetland Islands is 200 km north of the Scottish mainland . Its name means "bay of clay", and the first human settlements in the subarctic archipelago date back to the 1st century BC. The town has a distinctly maritime feel, with a stunning natural harbour teaming with fishing boats all vying for space.

Portree is the largest town in the Inner Hebrides of Scotland, in the northwest of the country. A quiet, charming seaside town, Portree from the Scottish Gaelic for “king’s port”, has a quiet harbour, flanked by charismatic brightly colored houses nestled amid rolling green hills. It is the perfect base for exploring the stunning Isle of Skye and all its natural wonders and unique landscapes.

Derry is the second largest Irish city. Make sure you visit the historic old town, which is surrounded by a 1.5km long city wall. The 26 ft-high wall is indeed accessible and allows you to explore the city away from the busy roads. Another unmissable sight is the St. Columbs's Cathedral, which is the largest Anglican church in Northern Ireland and the oldest building in the town.

In the surroundings of the Scottish village you will find a breathtaking nature. Take a trip to view Scotland's rugged landscape, or visit one of the many castles in the country. Greenock is a natural deep water port with offers magnificent views of mountains and beyond to all ships entering and leaving the port. Holyhead is a small port town located in the British county of the Isle of Anglesey on the Welsh coast. The town is, historically, one of the major Irish Sea ports and has, until very recently, enjoyed a great flow of people coming from and going to Ireland. However, with the introduction of cheap flights, Holyhead's popularity has decreased. The city centre and the recently built Celtic Gateway Bridge leading to it from the train station and ferry terminal are both very much worth a visit.
