Dover is a historical port town in Kent, South East England. The town is located at the narrowest part of the English channel, looking over the strait of Dover towards France. Its spectacular, extraordinary chalky white cliffs are for many immigrants their first glimpse of the UK. The cliffs, along with the imposing hilltop 12th century Dover Castle and its secret wartime tunnels leave visitors awe-struck, with much to ponder long after they leave.

Rotterdam, with around 590,000 people, is the second largest city in the Netherlands. It also one of the three cultural centers in the country. The city is the known for its skyscraper skyline and its many museums, festivals and events.

South Queensferry, also known as "The Ferry", is situated on the banks of the Firth of Forth, just west of Edinburgh. Stornoway has about 8000 inhabitants and is the largest town on the island of Lewis. It is one of the Outer Hebrides islands which lie off the west coast of Scotland.

Belfast is the capital of Northern Ireland and is fast becoming a European cultural capital. The city is well-known for its connections to the Titanic. The impressive Titanic Belfast opened in 2012 and charts Belfast's rise as an industrial superpower, and showcases the huge slipways where the vessel was built. Belfast City Hall, open since 1906 stands at the centre of the city and on sunny days the surrounding grounds become a popular picnic spot.
