Home of Banksy, one of the most controversial street artists in the world, Bristol is widely considered one of the UK’s most on-the-up cities. Once a hub of heavy industry, the city has become more of a center for innovation and creativity in recent years. Wander about its streets and you will quickly notice the alternative feel of Bristol city, with small quirky cafes and music venues scattered about. While you wander, keep an eye out for the controversial but powerful works of street art by the aforementioned Banksy, who’s true identity is shrouded in mystery.

Falmout is located in Cornwall, southwest England. The city has about 22 000 inhabitants and is known for having the third largest natural harbour in the world as well as for often being a starting or finishing point for world boat races. Some of the local attractions include the National Maritime Museum of Cornwall as well as the Pendennis Castle which is now used as a museum and own by English Heritage. Lorient is a coastal town in western France with 58,000 inhabitants. The city has marinas for yachts and some top seafood restaurants.

Le Verdon-sur-Mer is a small village with about 1400 inhabitant and is situated on the Atlantic coast. It is home to a rich nature, characterized by extensive beaches, forests and bogs. One of the more interesting landmarks is the lighthouse of Cordouan.

Guecho or Getxo, as it is known in its native Basque, is a town in Biscay in Northern Spain. As one of the larger population centres in the region, it was one of the areas which came under fire during the Basque Conflict.

Leixões is Portugal's largest artificially constructed harbor and is situated near the city of Porto. Porto is known for its famous port wine. The port city is characterized by its picturesque quaintness. Closely packed houses, steep cliffs and numerous terraces contribute to this cosy atmosphere.

Cadiz is situated on a peninsula in the south of Spain. Do not miss the cathedral from the 18th Century. From the towers you have a great view of the city. In addition, you should visit the old bath house, the Plaza de Mina, the Church of the Holy Cross, with foundations dating from the 13th Century and the Holy cave paintings visit. In many bars and cafes you can taste typical Spanish dishes and watch the hustle and bustle on the streets.
