Important Info and Next Steps

Your travel consultant will assist you with completing your booking, paying your deposit and collecting each passengers information. They will also ensure your confirmation and receipt documents are provided once your booking is confirmed.  Our friendly Customer Support team will then manage any post-booking requirements right through to the time you depart, and can be contacted at  It is important you review your confirmation documents and ensure all details, including dates and passenger name spelling are correct and accurate.  Please notify us immediately if any of your booking details are not correct.


Your final travel documents will be emailed to you 2-3 weeks prior to departure. If you do not have access to a computer or printer, please send a request to for your documents to be posted, including your up to date postal address.


Your cruise line reference (which is useful for things like online check-in) can be found in the booking confirmation emailed to you at time of booking. Your cruise reference is outlined in red on this document under the cruise information, please note it is not your CRA reference. 


Transfers are not included in your booking unless stated, such as when the tour operator provides them for parts of your itinerary. Private transfers or shuttle transfers can be quoted for your itinerary, please email with the any transfer requests - including relevant city names eg. Vancouver: Port to hotel, Seattle: hotel to airport etc. 


Please ensure you provide us with up to date copies of all travelling passengers passports, for any international travel.  You must ensure you meet any passport and visa requirements prior to travel. Common destinations such as the USA, Canada, China and India have specific visa requirements.  We strongly recommend you visit our Passport and Visas page to ensure you are well prepared.
