About Quantum of the Seas

This ship’s futuristic title is befitting of its ultra-modern decor and forward-thinking details. Brand new features on this new Quantum Class ship include bumper car rides, a Ripcord iFly vertical wind tunnel skydiving facility, a huge sports area entitled ‘Seaplex’ and a London Eye-style capsule ride called NorthStar. There’s also a new multipurpose venue called TWO70 which transforms over the course of the day, turning into a fantastic acrobatic performance venue in the evenings.

But don’t worry – all the old favourites are still there, too. Relax in the on-board spa, enjoy your favourite tipple in one of the many bars, and indulge your inner gastronome in one of the fantastic restaurants. Whatever your tastes, there’s something for you here.

Introducing Quantum Class ships

Quantum of the Seas is only the first of Royal Caribbean Cruises’ new line of Quantum Class ships, which promise to bring cruising well into the modern era. Quantum Class cruise ships are home to a number of features not found on other cruise ships, including several world firsts (like bumper cars!). And as one of the first Quantum Class cruise ship guests, you’ll get to see a brand new, pristine, cutting-edge cruise ship for yourself.

Another Quantum Class ship in the making is Anthem of the Seas, which is set to start life in 2015. There’s also a third, as yet untitled Quantum Class ship set for 2016.
