To cater for youth and teens, Norwegian Cruise line has recently updated its Splash Academy and Entourage.  Both feature a different theme every day – whether oceans, pirates, space cowboys, jungle fever or circus, every day offers something different – tailored to their ages.  There is Guppies for ages up to 2; Turtles for ages 3 to 5; Seals for ages 6 to 9; and Dolphins for ages 10 to 12. The focus is on joining in and developing team building, encouraging confidence and developing interpersonal skills.  The new youth and teen programs offer unique activities and more sporting events, through a partnership with King’s Foundation and Camps.  Children get the opportunity to learn real circus skills with the Hilario Productions’ Cirque du Jour, a New York-based company.  Splash Academy is aimed at under 3 cruisers and their parents and offers baby art and sensory play classes ‘Wee Can Too” organic art products.
