Royal Caribbean will showcase koalas, kangaroos and adventure aboard the region’s three most innovative cruise ships during winter 2014-15.

Royal Caribbean have just announced the line’s winter 2014-15 Australia, New Zealand and South Pacific season, which can be experienced on three of the fleet’s newly revitalised ships.

Radiance of the Seas, Rhapsody of the Seas and Voyager of the Seas will all set sail from Sydney, offering two- to 17-night itineraries throughout Australia, New Zealand and the South Pacific.

The itineraries showcase the best of the region, helping families to create fond memories during their holidays.

Here’s taster of what you can expect from the 2014-15 season:

Radiance of the Seas:

Radiance will offer a number of seven- to 17-night cruises. Notably  there are two pairs of circumnavigation cruises sailing in October and February. They’ll comprise of a 16-night northern coast sailing from Sydney to Fremantle and a 17-night southerly return, which will sail from Sydney via New Zealand.

Rhapsody of the Seas:

Rhapsody will sail four 11-night Queensland cruises through the 2014-15 season. Rhapsody’s itinerary focuses on giving guests exciting and compelling experiences at wonderful locations. Holidaymakers will be able to stay overnight in Cairns and call at Airlie Beach to explore the Great Barrier Reef.

Both Radiance and Rhapsody will also offer a pair of trans-Pacific cruises from Vancouver, Canada to Sydney, via Hawaii through the season.

Voyager of the Seas:

Voyager will sail a 13-night itinerary from Singapore to Sydney at the end of November, via the Coral Sea. The ship will later sail to the Far East via a 16-night southerly route to Freemantle.

Land and Sea Cruises, Thrilling Excursions:

During the season, holidaymakers will be able to experience a “grand Australian adventure” by combining a sailing onboard either Voyager or Radiance with a four- or five-night land tour to some of the continent’s must-see in-land attractions, including the Outer Barrier Reef, Ayers Rock or Kuranda’s Rainforestation Nature Park.

There are a number of amazing excursions to choose from too: enjoy stunning panoramic views by ascending the Sydney Harbour Bridge; visit the Great Barrier Reef, one of the seven wonders of the world, and swim in the waters; relax on a New Caledonia beach and soak up the sunshine, plus more!

Ship Revitalisations:

All three ships have been extensively revitalised under the fleet’s “Royal Advantage” initiative, a multi-billion dollar programme to upgrade the fleet up to Oasis-Class standards.

Onboard the ships, you can expect amazing food options (10 different signature restaurants to choose from), a luxury spa, a thrilling casino, ship-wide WiFi, Broadway-style entertainment, lounges for dancing and relaxing, bars to enjoy your favourite tipple, plus much, much more!
