About Pacific Eden

Beginning in 2015, P&O are rolling out their “Food Revolution” which promises to revolutionise cruise ship dining. One such new venture is the “Open Kitchen” where you can try a cooking class – including learning new recipes, preparing ingredients, cooking and – most importantly – eating your creation!

The popular Chef’s Table will still be available for intimate dining in a luxurious setting, and the all-new Cellar Door will allow guests to sample a full range of Australian wines for daily tastings and master classes.

At the forefront of the Food Revolution is the Waterfront Restaurant. Guests will enjoy classic and cutting-edge Australian cuisine served in a modern setting, with the materials and decor inspired by a natural Australian palette. With panoramic windows and mood lighting, the Waterfront Restaurant creates a welcoming and relaxed atmosphere for day or night dining.

Other highlights aboard the Pacific Eden include the spectacular pool areas. Guests will benefit from two separate climate-controlled pool areas – the beautiful main pool deck, and the Oasis – an adults-only retreat which overlooks the ship’s wake.

Both pool areas create the perfect atmosphere for relaxing and catching some rays, and come nightfall they are a wonderful setting in which to enjoy some evening cocktails. The sliding roof of the main pool deck sets it apart from any other regular cruise ship – enabling it to be transformed into a stunning live music venue in the evening.

Further entertainment on board includes a premium cinema and the Salt and Grill Bar for the ultimate celebrity chef experience.

All this along with newly-renovated rooms – with some featuring spa baths – mean that you will enjoy the journey of a lifetime on board the Pacific Eden.
