One of the Celebrity cruise line's flagship liners, Century first set sail in 1995 and enjoyed an extensive refurbishment in 2006 to improve the accommodation, public areas and spa facility. With this dramatic facelift came a handful of new destinations, with Century now carrying passengers to the Bahamas, the Mediterranean and the Caribbean.

Celebrity Century Recreation

As one of Celebrity’s mid-sized liners, Century is able to provide a fairly intimate setting whilst still providing a host of exciting activities throughout your stay. During the day, Century offers varied delights such as card schools, wine tasting, a choice of two swimming pools and a fitness centre complete with a selection of sporting equipment including golf simulator, basketball court and table tennis. Century’s fabulous AquaSpa also offers acupuncture, steam rooms and the full spa treatment for both men and women.

In the evening, the best seat in the house can be found with a drink at the fantastic Sunset Bar. Celebrity Century offers a great selection of bars and lounges providing a range of exciting drinks to suit all tastes, often accompanied by live music. Fortune’s Casino is also a popular nightspot. For kids, the Fun Factory is the place to go during the day, while teenagers will doubtless enjoy the evening entertainment at the X-treme nightclub.

Celebrity Century Food

Five-star gourmet cuisine is the order of the day every day on board any Celebrity cruise, and Century is no exception. Her elegant two-storey main dining room caters for breakfast and lunch, as well as providing a superb formal dinner setting. With fabulous French cuisine, impeccably professional service and a breathtaking ocean view from the floor-to-ceiling windows, the main dining room never disappoints. The menu caters for all needs, with a special children’s menu available as well as an array of choices for vegetarians, several healthy options and careful attention paid to guests with specific dietary requirements.

Alternatively, the Casual Dining Boulevard provides a superb hot breakfast buffet and salad bar, while the Pizza and Pasta Centre is perfect for eating on the go on the Celebrity Century. The Century grill serves succulent burgers, hot dogs and handmade sandwiches, while the Sushi Café, Murano Restaurant and Island Café offer something completely different. Guests are also welcome to take advantage of Century’s twenty-four hour room service.
