Coral Princess cruises are also proud to be credited as an ecotourism cruise operator, meaning they visit areas of wondrous natural beauty whilst making excellent use of their resources and contributing a great deal to the conservation of all the destinations on their itinerary.

Coral Princess Accommodation
With a fleet comprised entirely of small vessels, Coral Princess’s ships feature a maximum of thirty-six staterooms each. However, the old adage ‘quality over quantity’ has never been truer than it is here, with guests able to select from several different types of accommodation, as well as choosing the kind of bed they would like, from twin right up to king-size double beds. Many of the staterooms offer their guests a fantastic ocean view, which is a huge plus given that you will be sailing into some wonderfully interesting and picturesque locations. Every room also contains luxurious en suite bathroom facilities, a large wardrobe, a comfy settee, an abundance of storage space and full air-conditioning. All rooms are serviced daily, so you can be certain of a restful night’s sleep for every night of your voyage.
Coral Princess Dining and Entertainment
Coral Princess Cruises take great pride in offering their guests the same kind of great variety and high quality entertainment that they would expect to find on a much larger vessel. Each ship features brilliant air-conditioned dining rooms, the perfect place to enjoy your meal, as well a handful of lounges and well stocked cocktail bars. There is also a relaxing swimming pool on the sundeck, while for those who wish to undertake a dive, all the necessary equipment is available to purchase on board.
When you reach your destinations, you can expect the entertainment to continue with the experience of Coral Princess’s Xplorer vessels, smaller excursion ships that can be used for landing purposes and exploring the narrower rivers and tributaries on your itinerary. Guests may also find themselves on board the inflatable Zodiacs, which allow for landing directly onto the beach.
With meals all-inclusive during your Coral Princess cruise, guests can sample the fantastic set breakfasts, lunches and dinners served in the main dining room, with breakfast and lunch operating in a buffet style and dinner a more formal sit-down affair. Meal times are generally set, with breakfast running from 7am until 8:30am, lunch taken at 12pm and dinner served at 7:30pm. These times may of course vary depending on the particular programme of activities on any given day.
Coral Princess Fleet
Guests can expect one of the most intimate cruise experiences available with Coral Princess’s collection of three small vessels, the largest of which carries just seventy-two passengers. Manned entirely by Australian staff, visitors can expect to be well looked after by people who have an affinity with the areas you will be visiting.

Specialising in excursions to the fascinating Kimberley Outback region and Coral Princess’s excellent Across the Top voyage, the Coral Princess cruise ship is where it all began for the company. Commissioned in 1988, she is the oldest ship in the fleet, measuring a cosy thirty-five metres long and carrying up to fifty passengers.
Coral Princess Entertainment and Relaxation
With such a small vessel and so few passengers, it is likely that one of your reasons for choosing Coral Princess is for the relative peace and quiet you can expect compared with the hubbub found on many of the world’s largest liners. Guests on board Coral Princess can simply enjoy a relaxing day lounging by the sun deck pool, enjoying her two spacious, fully air-conditioned lounges or sipping a cocktail at the bar. For guests who wish to get acquainted with their next destination before they arrive, Coral Princess features a comprehensive reference library containing all the information you will need.
One of the most unique features of Coral Princess cruising is the innovative excursion vessels, the small Xplorers and the inflatable Zodiac craft. Xplorers can accommodate all passengers on trips up the harder to reach rivers and tributaries encountered during the voyage, while Zodiacs offer the opportunity to land on the beach, with guests enjoying a cool down in the sea as they wade through the last shallow water to reach land.
Coral Princess Dining
Whilst meal times depend on where the Coral Princess is on any particular day, and if any excursions are planned, the usual timetable offers guests a set meal plan, with breakfast, lunch and dinner all served in the main dining room. A buffet breakfast is served between 7am and 8:30am, allowing a certain amount of leeway for those that want a lie in. Lunch is also a buffet affair, served promptly at 12pm. Dinner is a more formal, sit-down event, with fabulous food provided nightly at 7:30pm.
Coral Princess Accommodation
Choice is a key factor with Coral Princess cruises, meaning guests can choose not only their style of accommodation, but also what type of bed they would like, be it a single, twin beds or large, soft double beds. Coral Princess features four different room types, with the cheapest and most basic option being the six cosy Cabin rooms. Elsewhere, Coral Princess features five Standard Staterooms, six Deluxe Staterooms and eight fantastic Upper Deck Staterooms. All rooms are equipped with en suite bathrooms, plenty of storage space including a large wardrobe and in some cases a comfortable settee. Each room is fully air-conditioned and serviced daily, so you can expect the highest level of comfort and convenience from your stay.

Very similar in many ways to her sister ship and predecessor Coral Princess, Coral Princess II came into being in 1996 as a result of the growing popularity of Coral Princess’s cruise packages. Measuring thirty-five feet in length and holding forty-six passengers, Coral Princess II upholds the high levels of service people have come to expect from Coral Princess cruises. She covers the Coral Princess Great Barrier Reef itinerary.
Coral Princess II Entertainment and Relaxation
Coral Princess II offers her guests one of the most intimate and restful cruise experiences in the world, with such a small number of guests and crew making for a very peaceful and convivial atmosphere. With the weather in this part of the world almost guaranteed to be sunny and hot, there is no better way to spend the day than by relaxing with a refreshing dip or a sunbathe in the pool area on deck. Coral Princess II is also home to two beautiful lounge areas, as well as a fantastic cocktail bar. There is also an informative reference library available for any guests that want to acquire a little prior knowledge on their next destination.
Guests are sure to enjoy the facilities laid on by Coral Princess II as you move closer to your next stop, with the innovative Xplorer and Zodiac vessels adding a unique feel to the experience. The light, cosy Xplorer comfortably holds all of Coral Princess II’s passengers and can take them up some of the more hard to reach places such as exciting rivers. Meanwhile, the inflatable Zodiacs can transport guests from the ship directly on to the beach, complete with a refreshing wade in the shallow end as you make for shore.
Coral Princess II Dining
Guests can enjoy the fabulous food served up by Coral Princess II during the three set meal times provided throughout the day. Buffet breakfasts and lunches are laid on, with breakfast allowing plenty of room to manoeuvre with its 7am until 8:30am running time. Lunch is served at 12pm, while a more formal dinner is presented at 7:30pm each night. These times can of course be subject to change depending on whether or not guests have been ashore on a particular day.
Coral Princess II Accommodation
Guests can select from any of four different types of Coral Princess cruise accommodation, all of which come with a convenient en suite bathroom, plenty of storage space and full air-conditioning, an absolute essential during the warm nights. The five cosy Cabins are the most modestly priced rooms, with guests able to choose between bunk or twin beds. Elsewhere, more spacious accommodation with potential for an ocean view is found in Coral Princess II’s four excellent Standard Staterooms, nine Upper Deck Staterooms and four Deluxe Staterooms.

Coral Princess cruises are rightly proud of their magnificent new multi-million pound vessel, the spectacular Oceanic Discoverer. She is the largest ship in the Coral Princess fleet at sixty-three feet long, and can easily hold up to seventy-two passengers. As far as the Coral Princess cruise itinerary goes, Oceanic Discoverer is a real all-rounder, visiting Papua New Guinea, Kimberley, Melanesia and New Zealand, as well as conducting Coral Princess’s signature Across the Top tours.
Oceanic Discoverer Entertainment and Relaxation
Oceanic Discoverer has plenty to offer her guests during the days at sea, as well as some exciting extras when you reach your destination. The weather will always lend itself well to a pleasant swim and sunbathe on deck, while inside guests are treated to two relaxing lounges and two fully-stocked cocktail bars. The ship also features a boutique shop and a helpful dive shop selling equipment for those who want to fully experience the ocean. Should you wish to learn more about upcoming destinations, Oceanic Discoverer houses a helpful reference library, as well as a lecture theatre where you can learn even more about these places from experts in the field.
When you eventually reach your destination, Coral Princess’s Oceanic Discoverer has a great surprise in store, in the form of the ship’s innovative smaller vessels, Xplorer and Zodiac. The unique Xplorer can accommodate all of Oceanic Discoverer’s passengers, but has the advantage of being constructed in such a way as to fit into the smaller rivers and tributaries that you will encounter on your journey, meaning you can experience everything fully and up close. The inflatable Zodiac crafts are also a delight, ferrying guests from the ship directly onto the beach, with guests even enjoying a quick paddle in the ocean as they disembark and walk the final few metres themselves.
Oceanic Discoverer Dining
Coral Princess cruise line operates on a set dining policy, with breakfast, lunch and dinner being served promptly at the same time every day. This schedule is of course susceptible to the cruise itinerary, and will regularly be modified to accommodate on shore excursions and trips. Nevertheless, the normal course of events is for a buffet breakfast to be laid on between 7am and 8:30am, a buffet lunch to be served at 12pm and a formal sit-down dinner menu to be offered at 7:30pm.
Oceanic Discoverer Accommodation
All of Coral Princess’s Oceanic Discoverer staterooms can boast a lovely ocean view, just perfect for watching the sun go down or the next exciting destination getting closer. The ship is able to offer some of the largest rooms found in the Coral Princess cruise fleet, with guests able to choose from Bridge, Promenade or Main Deck accommodation. All rooms feature a choice of twin or king-size beds, large wardrobes for storage, full air-conditioning and a fantastic en suite bathroom.
