Azamara Club Accommodation
Considering the relatively small size of the ships in the Azamara fleet, the range of accommodations they offer is quite astonishing. Azamara Club puts great emphasis on the high quality of service and the great variety of amenities available in their rooms, and these are found in even the most basic style of accommodation.
Both ships offer three types of stateroom and three types of suite. The staterooms are divided into Club Interior, Club Oceanview and Club Verandah Staterooms, each offering queen-size beds, flat screen television, refrigerator, mini-bar, desk, hairdryer and easily controllable air conditioning. The Oceanview Staterooms offer an attractive picture window view, while Verandah Staterooms provide a spacious private terrace.
The suites, split into Club Continent, Club Ocean and World Owner’s Suites, offer many of the perks that make Azamara Club cruises stand out from the crowd, including a separate sitting area, personal butler service, priority check-in and disembarkation, large bathtub and a splendid welcome basket filled with treats.
Azamara Club Entertainment and Dining
During the day, Azamara guests can enjoy boutique shopping at Indulgences and Le Boutique, while both ships also house outlets selling clothing such as sun hats and glasses. The Astral Spa and Fitness Centre are also great places to spend an afternoon, while the pool area on the sun deck has plenty of sun loungers and space to relax. In the evenings, Azamara offers a range of lounges, including the magnificent views available from The Looking Glass and the chilled out atmosphere of The Drawing Room. The Cabaret Lounge offer entertaining nightly shows, while Casino Luxe is always popular for a night out.
Numerous dining options are also available, with the hub of meal time activity found in the Discoveries main dining room. Here, guests can choose a selection from the innovative a la carte menu, and the open seating arrangements mean they can turn up at whatever time suits them best. An informal buffet meal can be found at the Window Café, while Azamara’s two speciality restaurants are Aqualina, which serves superb Mediterranean cuisine, and Prime C, which offers beautiful steaks and seafood.
